Important: Double Duty Liability
When you purchase international goods originating outside the SACU/SADC area (e.g., China), you are liable for **Customs Duty, VAT, and Admin Fees**.
If you import these goods into South Africa, you pay these duties there. When we then bring the goods into Eswatini, you are liable for these same duties/VAT **again** at the Eswatini border. Crossa will bill you for all Eswatini duties (ATV/VAT) before collection.
While Crossa works on a reduced Eswatini import solution, we will still accept shipments to our **SA address**. These shipments must be **sourced by yourself** or through Crossa cart, and Crossa will complete the logistics and customs part.
