A Note on Chargeable Weight:
The shipping cost is determined by the **chargeable weight**, which is the greater of two measurements: the **actual weight** (what the package weighs on a scale) and the **volumetric weight** (how much space the package takes up).
Why do we do this? Some large, lightweight items (like a box of pillows) can take up more space on our trucks than a small, heavy item (like a book). To be fair to all customers, we must account for the space a package occupies. Crossa will always bill for whichever weight is greater.
